What do I need?

$1000 (or less) in a Neteller account that you can lose if you run unlucky. While statistically it is unlikely, it is still mathematically possible that you could run badly and go bust. Mansion has a section in their "Options" menu that keeps track of your wagers so no need for a pen and paper on this one.

Let's Get to it

This one is different from most of the other bonuses we review in that blackjack isn't recommended to clear the bonus. One game that IS allowed is Keno,. Yes, you read that right, Keno. Keno is hardly ever recommended due to the high house edge, but in this case there is a side bet that can be made that has a reasonable house edge. Combine this with Mansion's requirements for clearing bonuses and you get a decent EV of $150 or so on the $1000 bonus. This casino uses proprietary flash software that is actually quite quick once you cut off the sound and change the mode to "fast" in the casino options screen (make sure to exit out of the casino and go back in for the speed change to take place). Props to EC Mount over at 2+2 for finding this new strategy.

Mansion currently has a large tasty first time bonus for us to snack on, 100% to $1000. The bonus has a 10x(B+D) WR and Keno counts 100% which means a wagering requirement of $20,000 for a full $1000 deposit. There are second and third deposit bonuses as well, but they aren't enough to make it worth doing since they are 50%. Using the Keno game they provide with the correct strategy gives an EV of around $150 on the $1000 initial bonus. You could, of course, deposit less than the full $1,000 but I always recommend maximizing your bonus whenever possible on the initials since you can only do them once. You can play in any currency you wish, but they have adjusted the bonuses so pounds, dollars and euros are more or less the same. I played it in dollars to avoid the small Neteller currency conversion fees as well as so I would have more of a starting bankroll, which means more bets, which means a lower risk of busting out. As always, click on their promotions tab to make sure these bonuses are still active and that Keno including side bets is still allowable before depositing and starting to play. This casino is similar to others we have reviewed in that they don't give you the bonus right away. Rather you have to meet the WR before they add it to your account. Additionally once you receive it, you have to play it through one more time to convert it from bonus dollars to actual dollars.

Once you deposit, you will have $1000 sitting in your account. At this point, you can go one of two routes. First is the lower risk method which provides $150 EV. Go into the game called "Keno". Make sure to change the game to "Fast" in the Options Screen. We want to play the minimum bet of $0.10 on 5 different numbers (you can pick any 5 numbers) and set the Side Bet Multiplier to x1 and then bet on "Even". It should look like this:

This means you will be wagering $.20 each game ($0.10 on the Even Bet, and $0.10 on the 5 numbers). Since the Even bet has a house edge of 2.5% and the numbers bet has a house edge of 6% then your expected loss each spin is $0.0025 on the Even bet and $.006 on the numbers bet. Taking the $20,000 WR, this gives you 100,000 games you need to play. This means an expected loss of $850 on the play, which means an EV of 150 on this bonus. Conveniently, they offer a "Play 10X" button to play 10 games with one push. Even though this casino doesn't have autoplay, there are no decisions to be made each round. In fact, you never even move the mouse! You just click on the same spot over and over to start a new game again when appropriate. After about 30 minutes of powerclicking, I had the idea that there might be some software out there that will click the mouse repeatedly for me so I can just watch. Well, there are a ton of them out there, but the one I ended up using was Aaron's Autoclicker . I don't warrant anything about this software, but I used it with no problems. This allows you to just hit Play 10X and it will click for you. I should mention that some sites consider anything that plays for you illegal (even if it is just a clicker) so click it yourself or watch it while it clicks if this worries you. I haven't heard from anyone who had a problem with this at Mansion (and I don't see anything in the T&C's prohibiting it), but others have told me it is possible so I wanted to get that out there. It should take about 20 hours or so to go through the WR, but I would let it run about an hour and then see how far long you have gotten towards the WR. Once you deposit for the first time, you can go into your options screen from the game to see how far along the WR you are. It will look similar to this (except with higher amounts since I did this one before they increased their first bonus):

Once I completed the WR, the bonus screen message under "status" changed from earned to pending approval. I then went into live chat and the representative was able to credit the bonus. Once they give you the bonus, ask them to "promote" it which means you will wager the bonus money before you wager the own money. I have heard that the bonus is credited and promoted automatically, but it won't hurt to double check. You then have to wager the bonus one more time to move it from the bonus account to the cash account. You can use any game for this part, so either play $1000 in BJ or head back to Keno or Baccarat to wager the $1000 bonus one time, then you can cash out! Whew!

When I did this one the terms were a bit different, but I deposited $1050 and ended up with $1440 for a $390 profit, which is well worth the time it takes. They do require you to scan or fax a copy of your driver's license to them before they will let you cashout, so you might want to send it to them right after you open the account to save time. Once they receive and acknowledge the identification, you can withdraw and it was lightning fast, coming back into my Neteller about 24 hours after I requested it. I hope to find more casinos like this one where we can work smarter, not harder.
